  We are a traditional family – a 10-year-old boy, Oliver, and an 8-year-old girl, Iris– living a quiet life in the countryside of Cantabria.
  My name is Beatriz (44) and I work at the airport. I can help you to learn spanish, I have learn may languages and I know how to teach without mistakes. I spend much time at home, I love cooking and I only work few days per month. My husband is Jon (40) and works in the forest as firefighter. We have a house with a small vegetable garden and chickens, just 10 minutes from Torrelavega. We speak English and would like to find someone who wants to learn Spanish and can help the children express themselves in English. We have a quiet house with all mod cons and our own gym. We love nature and spending time in the kitchen, but we’re also keen on new technologies.
  
  
  
  Somos unos familia tradicional, un niño de 10 años (Oliver) y una niña de 8 (Iris), con una vida tranquila en la zona rural de Cantabria. Me llamo Beatriz (44) y trabajo en el aeropuerto. Puedo ayudarte a aprender español, he estudiado varios idiomas y sé cómo enseñar español sin faltas. Paso mucho tiempo en casa, me encanta cocinar y sólo trabajo unos días al mes. Mi marido es Jon (40) y trabaja en el monte como bombero. Tenemos una casa con una pequeña huerta y gallinas a 10 minutos de Torrelavega. Entendemos inglés y nos gustaría una persona que quiera aprender español y ayude a los niños a expresarse en inglés. Tenemos una casa tranquila con todas las comodidades y gimnasio propio. Nos gusta la naturaleza y pasar tiempo en la cocina, pero también las nuevas tecnologías.

  We can teach you Spanish and take you to the nearest city. At home, we enjoy a relaxed country life with our own vegetable garden, chicken coop, gym, and bicycles. We'll show you Cantabria, we can go sightseeing together. If you want to share our leisure activities (excursions, some trip...) we aredelighted you to join. But, it depends on you.
  
  Podemos enseñar español y llevar a la ciudad más cercana. En casa disfrutamos de la relajada vida en el campo con huerta propia, corral de gallinas, gimnasio y bicicletas. Te mostramos Cantabria, podemos hacer turismo juntos. Si quieres compartir nuestras actividades durante el tiempo libre (excursiones, viajes...) estamos encantados de que te unas. Pero depende de ti.

  We are looking for someone who enjoys spending time with children to help them improve their English. Our main interest in this exchange are ours sons. We want a person with initiative to speak, teach and play in English with Oliver and Iris.
  
  Buscamos una persona que le guste pasar tiempo con los niños para ayudarles a mejorar su nivel de inglés. Lo más importante en este intercambio son nuestros hijos.

  Our house is very spacious, almost 300 square meters. We offer a large bedroom with a double bed and a large window with mountain views. Gym and private garden. We live in a big single house with 3 bedrooms, a great living room, a big kitchen and 2 big bathrooms. Our home is situate close to Torrelavega, 10 minutes until the town hall.
  
  Nuestra casa es muy amplia, casi 300 metros cuadrados. Ofrecemos una habitación grande con cama de matrimonio y un gran ventanal con vistas a la montaña. Gimnasio y jardín privado. Vivimos en una casa grande con 3 habitaciones, un salón, una cocina enorme y 2 baños grandes. Nuestra casa está a 10 minutos de Torrelavega.

  What else ...

  Only apply if you genuinely love kids and are willing to establish a connection with them. Ask yourself if you would be able to tell stories, to sing with them or discuss issues that may not interest you too. Tip: if you deal with children, it is better for you to propose the activities to them. Please, do not use your phone when you are with them.
  Their behavior is good, they are playful, of course. They have a good heart and are sensitive. They will treat you like an older sister, so they will expecto you to pay attention to them, to play with them and to be loving with them.
