  Description

  My boyfriend (Benjamin) and I (Laurane) moved a few months ago in an old renovated barn in Ségus (near Lourdes) and since then we have undertaken a lot of projects that were close to our hearts. Always with the idea of being more often close to nature and living more soberly. We invested a lot of our time in the garden, and we took a few animals (rabbit, a small Patou, sheep, duck, bees), the idea being to see if we can meet the majority of our food needs by ourselves. So much for a brief description of our little project.
  
  Mon copain (Benjamin) et moi (Laurane) avons aménagé il y a quelques mois dans une ancienne grange retapée, à Ségus (près de Lourdes) et depuis nous avons entrepris pas mal de projets qui nous tenaient à cœur. Toujours dans l'idée de d'être le plus souvent proche de la nature et vivre le plus sobrement. On investi pas mal de notre temps au jardin, et on a pris quelques animaux (lapin, un petit Patou, brebis, canards, abeilles), L'idée étant de voir si nous pouvons subvenir à la majorité de nos besoins alimentaires par nous même. Voilà pour brève description de notre petit projet.

  The idea of the house is really to share moments, of course doing some household chores that are part of our daily life, but also sharing music (see playing together), films, game nights ... In addition, we are quite active and we love sport in the heart of nature such as via ferrata, climbing, hiking, cycling ... But also badminton. If you like that we can clearly plan a few outings.
  
  L'idée de la maison c'est vraiment de partager des moments, en faisant bien-sûr quelques tâches domestiques qui font parti de notre quotidien, mais aussi partager la musique (voir jouer ensemble), des films, des soirée jeux... Par ailleurs, on est assez actifs et on adore le sport en pleine nature du style via ferrata, escalade, rando, vélo... Mais aussi le badminton.
  Si vous aimez cela on pourra clairement se prévoir quelques sorties.

  Help

  Now in more detail on the tasks to come, we have started to fencing about a hectare of land to be able to put our sheep, but we still have a hut to build, a watering hole to make so that the house is ready for this winter. We said to ourselves that it could be really nice to do a little collaborative project with a few friends and volunteers. There are also all kinds of daily tasks like feeding the animals (rabbits, dogs, cats, chickens, sheep) Redo their litter boxes ... Then a few more "artistic" projects if you feel like painting our henhouse or making a painting. insect hotel. We are not going to impose an hour of "work" or anything, the idea is more to share moments, then to have a little help so that our projects advance a little faster. We will not be able to give financial assistance, on the other hand we ensure a good mood, the sharing of our food, some drinks and why not board games, sports outings (climbing hiking) In the idea that it would be great that the field be ready by mid-May. But we are quite flexible all the same, if a few people want to extend their visit, there is also work in the garden, in the construction of dry toilets (projects are bursting).
  
  Maintenant plus en détail sur les tâches à venir, on a clôturer un hectare environ de terrain et mis nos brebis dessus, maintenant nous aimerions aménager un poulailler, et un bassin pour mettre des canards, et des oies. On s’est dit que ça pouvait être super sympa de faire un petit chantier collaboratif avec quelques volontaires. Puis quelques projets plus "artistiques" si vous vous sentez, comme faire la décoration de notre poulailler en peinture ou faire un hôtel à insecte.
  Ensuite nous allons être amené à partir une semaine courant mai (du 21 au 29) et cherchons quelqu'un pour s'occuper de nos ouailles (garder notre chien, voir si tout se passe bien pour nos petites bêtes, nourrir et abreuver tout se petit monde) et l'idéal c'est qu'on ait eu quelque jours pour te/vous montrer comment on fonctionne =)
  On ne va pas imposer d'heure de "travaille" ou quoi que ce soit, l'idée c'est plus de partager des moment, puis avoir un petit coup de pouce pour que nos projets avance un peu plus vite et lorsque nous devons nous absenter.
  
  Nous ne pourrons pas donner d’aide financière, en revanche on assure la bonne humeur, le partage de notre pitance, quelque breuvages et pourquoi pas jeux de société, des sorties sportives (escalade rando)
  Dans l'idée ça serait top que le terrain soit prêt d'ici mi novembre. Mais on est assez flexible tout de même, si quelques personnes veulent prolonger leur venu, il y a aussi du taf au jardin, à la construction de toilettes sèches (les projets fusent).

  Accommodation

  We have an old barn refurbished 2 years ago. There is the possibility of accommodating one or two people or couple / s, given that there are 2 guest bedrooms. One is large with a beautiful view and private bathroom, the other is quite cozy and comfortable (this is the room we usually use as a cinema room). There is internet which works very well at home.
  
  Nous disposons d'une vieille grange retapé à neuf il y à 2 ans. Il y à la possibilité d'héberger une ou deux personnes ou couple/s, étant donné qu'il y à 2 chambres d'amis. Une est grande avec belle vue et salle de bain privative, l'autre est plutôt cosy et confortable (c'est la pièce que nous utilisons habituellement comme salle cinéma).
  Il y a internet qui fonctionne très bien à la maison.
