    Description

    .Hello!

    My name is Federico,

I live in Noto (near Syracuse), Sicily. I have a Permaculture Rural Hub of about 24 hectares, planted with carob trees, almond trees, olive trees and many varieties of fruit trees and vegetables.

I have a synergistic vegetable garden, made following permaculture where we can find our fresh everyday food.
I produce food only with natural and organic techniques.

I could transmit what I have learnt about permaculture and about grafts in the last years, and I could transmit a healthy way of living in nature. I can also teach how to use local spontaneous plants and herbs for healing and surviving techniques and skills.

I would like to offer some spaces in my land (as a large carob tree trunk died some years ago, or stones) to sculptors or other spaces for painters, artisans, artists for their artworks.

During the month of August we will be collecting together carob pods.
We will be planting new trees for the Food Forest we are still creating step by step.
We will be building little and simple green buildings for new facilities and common spaces.

I like to share experiences, make fires and contemplate the sky. In my land we sometimes organize little drums sessions with artists and friends, and traditional folk dancing.
    I organize also Temazcal Ceremony.

You can go to town in Noto (7km) or Rosolini (10Km) in just few minutes by car.
