🌿 Sustainable Living and Construction Project with Japanese Inspiration in Southern Spain
Hello, I’m Francisco 👋
I’m developing several projects on my property, combining natural construction, recycling, and creativity. My goal is to build a wooden house with Japanese-style architecture, create Japanese-inspired garden decorations, set up a sustainable vegetable garden, and continue with other construction and restoration projects.
I enjoy recovering used materials and giving them a second life. I’m not a professional, but I have many skills with tools and machinery, and I can teach volunteers how to use different techniques and equipment. There’s always something new to learn or build here.
On the property, my cat Isis and my dog Bluma live with us and will keep you company while we work or relax. The house is located near breathtaking views, with excellent hiking trails, and there’s the possibility to visit the beach whenever you want to unwind.
I’m looking for people who are eager to collaborate, learn, and enjoy the process. I offer simple accommodation, breakfast and lunch, and a peaceful environment in contact with nature.

Hola, soy Francisco 👋
Estoy desarrollando varios proyectos en mi terreno, combinando construcción natural, reciclaje y creatividad. Mi objetivo es construir una casa de madera con estilo japonés, crear decoraciones japonesas en el jardín, montar un huerto sostenible, y seguir con otros proyectos de construcción y restauración.
Me gusta recuperar materiales usados y darles una segunda vida. No soy profesional, pero tengo muchas habilidades con herramientas y máquinas, y puedo enseñar a los voluntarios a usar diferentes técnicas y equipos. Aquí siempre hay algo nuevo que aprender o construir.
En el terreno también viven mi gata Isis y mi perrita Bluma, que te harán compañía mientras trabajamos o descansamos. La casa está situada cerca de magníficas vistas, con rutas ideales para senderismo, y existe la posibilidad de bajar a la playa cuando quieras desconectar.
Busco personas con ganas de colaborar, aprender y disfrutar del proceso. Ofrezco alojamiento sencillo, desayuno y almuerzo, y un ambiente tranquilo en contacto con la naturaleza.

I need help with the language (English). With the house (cleaning the garden, some small DIY as painting, electricity or basic carpentry). With permaculture (helping water, plant or fix the garden, preparing seedlings and transplants, building a vegetable compostera). With art... I love art! I am open to any project I like. With the bio-construction (helping build and develope the project, sharing ideas and knowledge).
Necesito ayuda con el idioma (inglés). Con la casa (limpiar el jardín, algún bricolaje pequeño de pintura, electricidad o carpintería básica). Con la permacultura (ayudar a regar, plantar o arreglar el huerto, preparar semilleros, transplantes, construir una compostera vegetal). Con el arte... me encanta el arte! Estoy abierto a cualquier proyecto que me guste. Con la bioconstrucción (ayuda a la construcción y al desarrollo del proyecto, compartiendo ideas y sabiduría).

Accommodation
The house is located 20 minutes walk from the town center and the beach, with the possibility of going down by car at many hours of the day, since I usually go down frequently, the vast majority of the countryside is surrounded, although it is still very dry, and you have to plant many plants, it has gardens and magnificent views of the mountains and the sea, it is a super quiet area. The room is independent from the house with the freedom to use the rest of the house, it has a living room, several gardens with plenty of places to sit, rest, read a book since there is almost always absolute silence, it has a lot of charm, it is full of energy thanks to its composition of minerals in the soil, it has a barbecue, hot water bathtub outside the house, hammocks, and parking for a car or caravan if necessary.
La casa está situada a 20 minutos andando del centro del pueblo y de la playa,con posibilidad de bajar en coche a bastantes horas del día,ya que suelo bajar con frecuencia,está rodeada la gran mayoría de campo,aunque aún está muy seco,y hay que plantar muchas plantas,tiene jardines y unas magníficas vistas a la montaña y al mar,es una zona súper tranquila. La habitacion es independiente a la casa con la liberad de usar el resto de la casa,tiene un salon,varios jardines con bastantes sitios para sentarse ,descansar,leer un libro ya que casi siempre suele aver un silencio absoluto,tiene mucho encanto, está lleno de energía gracias a sus composición de minerales en el suelo, tiene barbacoa,bañera de agua caliente fuera de casa,amacas,y aparcamiento para coche o caravana si fuese necesario.

The place is full of magic, it is full of wonderful places very close to the place, if you like both sand and pebble beaches, ravines with waterfalls, mountain landscapes with mountain goats among pine trees, cliffs that overlook the Mar ... you will love this place. It also has a wide cultural variety in the historic center to visit from castle, salted fish, Roman aqueducts, ornithological park, aquarium, etc ... With a lot of frequency ago routes of hiking in the area and would be happy to show you many of the corners.
El lugar está lleno de magia,está lleno de rincones maravillosos a muy poca distancia del lugar,si te gustan las playas tanto de arena como de piedrecitas,los barrancos con cascadas,los paisajes de montaña con cabras monteses entre pinares,acantilados que dan al mar...te encantara este lugar. Tiene también una amplia variedad cultural en el centro histórico para visitar desde castillo,salazones,acueductos romanos, parque ornitologico,acuario,etc,... Con muchísima frecuencia ago rutas de senderimo por la zona y estaría encantado de enseñaros muchos de los rincones.
