Help me finishing my holiday home in Frutillar, Chile

  My name is Alfred. My place of residence in Germany is Kassel. But when autumn comes I become a migratory bird and usually fly to Frutillar in southern Chile on Lake Llanquihue in the spring. Uschi, my wife, usually travels there after Christmas to enjoy the summer under the southern sun with me in Los Bajos, a small district of Frutillar, on our plot right by the lake. What I need most is help finishing my light wooden holiday home. This involves expanding and furnishing 2 rooms with shower and toilet, which are already finished in the shell. I hope someone will contact me spontaneously to help me now in February, the most beautiful month of summer here. There is free internet access, room and board. Unfortunately, at the moment I only have a small guest room with a separate entrance, shower and toilet. Welcome!
  
  Mein Name ist Alfred. Mein Wohnsitz in Deutschland ist Kassel. Doch wenn der Herbst kommt werde ich Zugvogel und fliege in der Regel in den Frühling nach Frutillar in Südchile an den Llanquihuesee. Uschi, meine Frau macht sich, meist nach Weihnachten, auch auf die Reise dorthin, um mit mir dort in Los Bajos, einem kleinen Ortsteil von Frutillar, auf unserer Parzelle direkt am See den Sommer unter der südlichen Sonne zu genießen.
  Am meisten benötige ich Hilfe, um mein Ferienhaus in leichter Holzbauweise fertig zu stellen. Dabei geht es darum 2 Zimmer mit Dusche und Toilette, die Im Rohbau soweit fertig sind, auszubauen und einzurichten. Ich hoffe, es meldet sich jemand spontan, um jetzt im Februar, dem schönsten Sommermonat hier, mir zu helfen. Es gibt Internetzugang, Kost und Logie frei. Zur Zeit habe ich leider nur ein kleines Gästezimmer mit separatem Eingang, Dusche und WC. Herzlich willkommen!
