  Description

  After backpacking for over a year in Latin America and participating in several volunteer projects, I decided to take my turn hosting volunteers. A lifelong city dweller, I also enjoy spending time in contact with nature and would love to share the little corner of paradise where my country house is located, renovated into a group accommodation and rented out part of the year to individuals.
  
  Après avoir voyagé plus d'un an en Amérique latine en sac à dos et avoir participé à plusieurs volontariats, j'ai choisi de pouvoir accueillir des volontaires à mon tour. Citadine depuis toujours, j'aime aussi passer du temps au contact de la nature et j'aimerais pouvoir partager le petit coin de paradis où se trouve ma maison de campagne, rénovée en gîte de groupe et louée une partie de l'année à des particuliers.

  Help

  The idea is to exchange our know-how and skills, but also to be able to open up to other cultures, ways of living or simply share good times of conviviality. I am looking for help with all tasks related to the maintenance of a country house and its exteriors: chopping wood, mowing a lawn, DIY of all kinds... any proposal to improve this house is welcome.
  
  L'idée est d'échanger nos savoir-faire et compétences, mais aussi pouvoir s'ouvrir sur d'autres cultures, façons de vivre ou simplement partager de bons moments de convivialité. Je cherche de l'aide pour toutes tâches liées à l'entretien d'une maison de campagne et ses exterieurs : couper du bois, tondre une pelouse, bricolages en tout genre... toute proposition pour améliorer cette maison est la bienvenue.

  Accommodation

  You will have your own house, independent of mine, with a bathroom and kitchen. We will cook meals together (costs to be determined by the duration of the volunteering) and share this convivial moment together.
  
  For meals, we will discuss the possibilities together on a case-by-case basis: if we share the costs, in this case the volunteering will be 15 hours; if I can take care of them, I will do so for the 3 meals per day and the volunteering will be 25 hours.
  
  Vous aurez votre propre maison indépendante de la mienne, avec salle-de bain et cuisine.
  You will have your proper house, independent of mine, with bathroom, kitchen.
  
  Nous cuisinerons ensemble les repas (prise en charge à définir ensemble selon la durée du volontariat) et partagerons ce moment de convivialité ensemble.
  
  Pour les repas, nous aviserons ensemble des possibilités au cas par cas : si nous partageons les frais, dans ce cas le volontariat sera de 15h ; si je peux les prendre en charge je le ferai sur les 3 repas par jour et le volontariat sera de 25h

  You can enjoy the activities available at the cottage: billiards, foosball, television and video projector, ping-pong, darts, hammam, swimming pool (during the warm season), pétanque court, and barbecue.
  The location near the Eyrieux Valley is ideal for all outdoor activities, whether cultural, sporting, or touristic (Hiking - Mountain Biking - Climbing - Horseback Riding - Treetop Adventures - Via Ferrata - Paragliding - Canoeing/Kayaking - Rafting - Swimming - Canyoning).
  You can also enjoy the peaceful surroundings for reading, relaxing, and unwinding.
  
  Please note: the nearest town is a 40-minute drive away. It is preferable to have a car.
  
  This is a vacation home; I only live here part of the year. Please contact me for specific dates for volunteering.

  Vous pourrez profiter des activités disponibles dans le gîte : billard, baby-foot, télévision et vidéo-projecteur, ping-pong, jeu de fléchettes, hammam, piscine (en saison chaude), terrain de pétanque, barbecue.
  La situation géographique proche de la Vallée de l'Eyrieux est idéale pour toutes les activités extérieures, culturelles, sportives ou touristiques (Randonnée - Vtt - Escalade - Equitation - Parcours dans les arbres - Via-Ferrata - Parapente - Canoë/Kayak - Rafting - Baignade - Canyoning)
  Vous pouvez également profiter du calme environnant pour la lecture, le repos, la déconnexion.
  
  A savoir : la ville la plus proche se situe a 40 minutes en voiture. Il est préférable d'être véhiculé.
  
  Il s'agit d'une maison de vacances, je n'y habite qu'une partie de l'année. Merci de me contacter pour connaitre les dates précises possibles pour le volontariat.
