    We are a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering Puerto Rico's communities through entrepreneurship, education, and economic opportunities—especially for women and youth. Our Farm project blends sustainable agriculture with social impact, ensuring that every cup of coffee harvested helps build a better future.

    We invite passionate volunteers to join us in developing eco-friendly farming practices, supporting local youth, and experiencing the beauty of Puerto Rican culture and traditions.

    Help

    As a volunteer, you’ll engage in hands-on farming while learning sustainable practices, including:

    ✅ Coffee Cultivation – Assist in planting, harvesting, processing, and maintaining the farm.
    ✅ Eco-Sustainability – Help with soil management, composting, and conservation efforts.
    ✅ General Farm Maintenance – Weeding, organizing, and keeping the farm clean and productive.
    ✅ Tourism & Cultural Exchange – Assist with guided farm tours and help educate visitors on our mission.
    ✅ Assistance in event management.
    ✅ Planning and execution of activities for visitors to the farm.

    This is a chance to directly contribute to sustainable farming while supporting local youth entrepreneurs through our SEEDS program.

    You’ll stay in a tranquil farm setting, surrounded by 16 acres of lush greenery.

    - Private or shared room with twin beds.
    - Shared bathroom with access to an outdoor kitchen.
    - Unlimited fresh-brewed Café Ama Love – our ethically sourced farm coffee!
    - Internet access available in common areas (limited).
    - We offer a fully equipped kitchen for volunteers to prepare their own meals, but ask that they buy their own food. As a small organization, our limited resources support the economic development of children and women in Puerto Rico.

    💡 IMPORTANT: You must have your own vehicle! the Farm is remote (about 2.5 hours from San Juan) with no public transportation available. Volunteers must have a car to get around.

    Explore Puerto Rico During Your Stay:
    When you're not working, you can:
    -Visit Gozalandia Waterfall, a filming location for Pirates of the Caribbean.
    - Enjoy the famous beaches of Rincón and the Rincón Art Walk.
    -Visit El Yunque Rainforest, the only tropical rainforest in the U.S.
    - Birdwatch and explore our scenic nature trails on the farm.
    - Go to the movies, relax, read, and embrace farm life.

    🚗 A car is required due to the farm’s remote location. 🕒 Work Schedule: 3 hours per day, Monday to Friday, in the morning. 👩‍💻 Great for digital nomads – work remotely in our peaceful setting! Our outside deck can serve as your "office". 🔗 Join us in making a difference while enjoying a unique, immersive farm experience! 🌱✨
