    Description

Hi, we are Patrick and Kat. We are currently living in a property close to downtown Montreal in a nice quiet and safe neighbourhood. The city is a cultural hub full of art, where there is always something fun to do no matter your budget. Montreal is an amazing destination if you are a foodie or if you enjoy cycling; we are surrounded by bike paths stretching in all four directions.

Our home is located right by a metro (subway station) and city bike rentals, so you can access anywhere in the city easily.

    - Located next to the metro to access anywhere in Montreal easily

    - I can show you how to fix a bike.
    - I speak French and know a lot about Montreal, possibility to go out and show you around.

  • Accommodation

    Accommodation

    Accommodation:
You will stay on a separate floor that is currently semi-furnished space.

    Food provided:
We eat two meals a day, you are welcome to eat with us, or on your own. We have snacks. Dietary requirements can be taken into account. I will say, if you are a strict vegan it could be harder for dinners, we don't eat a ton of meat, but small amounts are frequently used in meals. Happy to have vegetarian dinners, etc. If you like breakfast we can accommodate that need as well.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

    - Really easy transit by metro (subway) or bus to/from the airport and generally connecting to all of Montreal.
    - We typically go to bed at 9-10:30pm, the room on your level has it's own entrance, past 8pm we typically prefer not having people on our floor because the dogs bark and Patrick is an early riser and sleep is sacred!
    - No smoking indoors. We don't expect workawayer's guests coming over(unless you ask, etc).
    - Generally, stays are up to two weeks, we've had guests for shorter and longer amounts, it's on a case by case basis.

Please consider the availability calendar, if a month is red, it means we can't accommodate folks, mostly because of calendar conflicts.

    Profile photo of Snoop

    Snoop

Temperamental dog, will bark when approached by strangers. He's small though, so rather manageable. Also has a good heart, he just has that protective nature and you need to earn his trust, which is hard over a short time span visit.

    Profile photo of Zorro

    Zorro

Friendly and quiet dog, very amicable. Gets triggered by the other dog(Snoop). So then Snoop barks he will too, but otherwise he's an angel.
