    Family
We are two persons living at the farm, Anni Age 63 and her son Einar 43. We are building up this destination based on cultur and nature.
We serve meals, but you have your own kitchen if you want to make your own meals once in a while.
You are very much welcome to help making some of the foods or share with us some of your own recipes too.

    Help
You are expected to help 5 hours a day. Weekends are usually free, except if some work must be done on weekends due to weather conditions, in which case you can take 2 days off during the week instead. The tasks are generally garden tasks with weeding, preparation of plant beds, plating etc. In addition, general maintenance of buildings and the area.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

You will learn about plants and permaculture gardens. You can learn about art production and create your own art. And not least experience some of the best Norway has to offer in terms of nature experiences. The area is located between two national parks, Jotunheimen and Langsua. Jotunheimen is a mountain area in central southern Norway between Ottadalen in the north, Gudbrandsdalen in the east, Valdres in the south and Sogn in the west. Here are the highest mountains in Northern Europe, Galdhøpiggen and Glittertinden. A little south is Langsua with an extensive family-friendly landscape. Here, lush birch forests, old exciting coniferous forests meet, rolling mountain ranges, beautiful watercourses with fine trout and diverse wetlands. The peaks and Langsua offer magnificent views.

  • Help

    Help

We need help to continue the development of the destination including planting and development of the permaculture garden, landscaping, building maintenance.

It would be preferable that you are an independent person or a couple and that you don’t mind working on your own, although we are here to show the work and guide you through it.
The work can be a little demanding and require a little muscle, but not beyond normal good health. If you have experience from gardening or carpentry, it can be an advantage but not a requirement. We teach you what you need to know.
