I am a retired hotel/restaurant manager and former owner of a tour company. I am helping the owner of a Resort to take care of his foreign guests, as all the management and local staff of the resort are Vietnamese. Prior to covid, I represented the local owner at his adjacent property; the Nam Chau Boutique Resort where we have some original feedback from. However, the Nam Chau has closed and will not reopen. The property will be turned into villas that will be sold, rather than rented as hotel rooms.
