  Hello radiant beings,
  
  We are Iris and Omar, partners from Cuba and Venezuela, world travelers, lovers of life and nature. We are blessed to live in a natural environment in very close contact to the waters of la Sierra Nevada. This is an incredibly rich area in biodiversity, ancestral and cultural heritage and a melting pot of a community where locals and expats converge to live in harmony with nature, helping develop this beautiful region.
  
  Our project is in its early stages, with a vision of a jungle temple to rewild and self retreat in nature—coming back to your primal, natural self. Being here you're embraced by the environment with all your senses: the sound of birds and ever-flowing waters, seeing green all around you, feeling the wind, the fire and the water on your skin, tasting the grounding flavours of the earth with wholesome food. Practicing yoga and meditation, self nourishing, playing music, singing, dancing or simply being in silence. That's the medicine offered here.
  
  In terms of infrastructure we have our home temple which is a simple but completely private space with lots of greenery all around, on top of a hill. It's quite peaceful and lovely situated. Directly below there's a beautiful river with lots of natural pools and rocks to enjoy the sun and flowing waters. Lots of birds abound as well as butterflies and even small monkeys. We live with a family of five cats: Aleli (father), Luna (mother), and their offspring, 7 cats in total!
  
  I'm putting out a call to receive someone that can help me with:
  - carpentry, architecture, water works
  - landscaping, gardening, permaculture design
  - videographer / photographer
  - healing arts, music, yoga, any therapeutic modalities

  The house is located in the heart of a lovely up and coming mountain village full of interesting eco projects, cultural / conscious events, gatherings, and activities. Here you can get a real taste of rural life in the Colombian Caribbean that is slowly opening up and growing. You will see a simpler, more human way of life.

  Help

  There's a need for strong, helpful people with construction skills, working the land, creative at building things (such as an artisanal oven). There's so much room for improvement and creation!
  
  We would love to build a food forest and fill the land with fruits, flowers, medicinal plants... (theres quite a lot already but not a system in place) URGENT NEED for this!
  
  As well for someone with a passion for videography / photography. A drone is a huge plus!
  
  There's a lot of work to be done and it requires mental strength as well as lots of heart. Rest assured this will be quite rewarding as the love you put in will be returned many times over.
  
  We'll start the day with a morning practice at 7am followed by a light breakfast. Work hours are flexible

  At the moment we can offer a cozy, semiprivate space with a hammock in the main house. We would love to build additional accommodations for workawayers and helpers to have their own space in the jungle.
  
  Light breakfast and lunch provided. You can use the kitchen and we can share cooking duties :)

  What else ...

  In your free time you can enjoy the beautiful water pools right below, full of big rocks and incredible spots for recharging and relaxing. We live near Tayrona National Park which is a must visit at some point during your stay. Along this coast there are lots of magical beaches to go to - not a far distance by bus - and quite a bit of natural places to explore, as well as a pretty full lineup of conscious events and activities. However, staying at home will be one of your favorite things to do! As it's so peaceful and pretty here :)
