  We're looking for a Spanish speaker to share language and family life with near Paris!
  
  But English is great too ;)

  We are a family living in Fontenay-aux-Roses, a quiet and pleasant town south of Paris, very well connected to the city center.
  
  I live with my two daughters, ages 10 and 15. They are quite independent, so we aren't looking for a nanny or an au pair. What we would like is to welcome someone who enjoys spending time with children and teenagers and who wants to contribute their language and culture to our daily life.
  
  What are we looking for?
  
  Our main goal is for my daughters to be able to practice Spanish naturally, without formal lessons: speaking, playing, cooking, going for walks, watching a movie, or simply chatting during meals.
  
  You don't need to be a teacher. We are mainly looking for someone friendly, communicative, and eager to share.
  
  A little French would be very welcome to make everyday life easier, but you don't need to speak it perfectly. And, of course, living with us will also be a great opportunity to practice and improve your French.

  Somos una familia que vive en Fontenay-aux-Roses, una ciudad tranquila y agradable al sur de París, muy bien comunicada con el centro de la capital.
  
  Vivo con mis dos hijas de 10 y 15 años. Ya son bastante autónomas, así que no buscamos una niñera ni una au pair. Lo que nos gustaría es recibir a una persona que disfrute compartiendo tiempo con niños y adolescentes y que quiera aportar su idioma y su cultura a nuestra vida cotidiana.
  
  ¿Qué buscamos?
  
  Nuestro principal objetivo es que mis hijas puedan practicar español de una manera natural, sin clases formales: hablando, jugando, cocinando, paseando, viendo una película o simplemente charlando durante las comidas.
  
  No hace falta ser profesor/a. Buscamos sobre todo a alguien simpático, comunicativo y con ganas de compartir.
  
  Un poco de francés sería muy bienvenido para facilitar la vida cotidiana, pero no es necesario hablarlo perfectamente. Y, por supuesto, vivir con nosotros también será una buena oportunidad para practicar y mejorar tu francés.

  Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

  The exchange will be primarily **linguistic and cultural**. We would like to share our daily life in France and, at the same time, discover the culture, customs, and way of life of our Workaway host.
  
  You will be able to **practice French naturally** with us during meals, conversations, games, and activities. For our part, we would love to practice Spanish, especially my daughters.
  
  You will also have plenty of time to discover **Paris and its surroundings**: the Sceaux Park and Château, Versailles, green spaces and forests, as well as Paris's vibrant cultural scene, which is easily accessible by public transport.
  
  We love the idea of ​​learning from each other in a simple way: **languages, cooking, music, games, culture, and everyday life**.

  El intercambio será principalmente **lingüístico y cultural**. Nos gustaría compartir nuestra vida cotidiana en Francia y, al mismo tiempo, descubrir la cultura, las costumbres y la forma de vida de nuestro/a Workawayer.
  
  Podrás **practicar francés de manera natural** con nosotros, durante las comidas, conversaciones, juegos y actividades. Por nuestra parte, nos encantará practicar español, especialmente mis hijas.
  
  También tendrás mucho tiempo para descubrir **París y sus alrededores**: el parque y el castillo de Sceaux, Versalles, zonas verdes y bosques, así como la vida cultural de París, a la que se llega fácilmente en transporte público.
  
  Nos gusta la idea de aprender unos de otros de forma sencilla: **idiomas, cocina, música, juegos, cultura y vida cotidiana**.

  We would love to meet someone who is:
  a native Spanish speaker or has an excellent level of Spanish;
  who enjoys talking, playing, and spending time with children and teenagers;
  open, sociable, and curious;
  eager to share their culture;
  independent enough to organize their free time and explore Paris;
  with some knowledge of French or a desire to learn it.
  We have hosted Workawayers before and have very fond memories of those experiences. A few years have passed, the girls have grown up, and now we'd like to start again in a slightly different way, focusing primarily on languages, culture, and good times together.
  We would love to meet you and welcome you to our family!
