    Description

Welcome!! We are happy to invite you to contribute in a Heritage Village Center near Chidambaram Temple, Tamil Nadu
We are a small traditional charity working to revive a place that once hosted arts and Vedic and spiritual teachings for children and a small cow sanctuary. After years of inactivity the building needs care and attention.

We are looking for volunteers who enjoy simple living, nature, and community work and spiritual practice

We have improved so much already and the place is ready to offer goods, food Insumes and camping style accommodation .

We are passionate for sharing this project and bringing ancient knowledge back to life.

In our vision for the future, this will become a place for sharing Hindu philosophy, mantras and rituals but also a spot for yoga teachers to host retreats, offer workshops or simply a space people who want to experience and stay in a traditional place for temple visits.

Five people sit cross-legged around a sacred fire, performing a ritual. Candlelight illuminates offerings and a deity’s picture in a partially constructed brick room. Peaceful atmosphere prevails.
An unfinished brick building stands amidst lush greenery. Concrete columns and beams support the structure, surrounded by palm trees and banana plants in the background.
The image shows a sunny, serene backyard with sandy soil, small plants, lush green trees, and tall coconut palms under a partly cloudy blue sky.
Six people are sitting on the floor in a modest room, sharing a traditional meal served on steel plates, enjoying food and conversation in a simple, communal setting.
A dimly lit rustic room with an open wooden roof, green walls, hanging bags, two mosquito nets covering mats, and a single bulb illuminating the area.
