**If you come from a "red country" I can write a letter saying that you will be staying here in the 10 day quarantine period.
Hello! I have a property 10 km outside Kristiansand with a house, some cabins and a big "garden", and I could need some help the next months.
Next tasks: finish renovation of two cabins: some painting, put up curtains, put up outside shower. Moving/making firewood and burning branches. Cut grass, maybe plant some vegetable seeds. Maybe fix the garage when other things are done.
Check staykrs.no to see the different places.

Practical work, logical thinking.. If you do garden-things you can hopefully learn some permaculture-thinking from me..
Next: Finishing renovation inside, painting outside, cutting and burning bushes and trees outside, cleaning and helping with many small things.
Winter 2020: We see how the temperature is, if you will be staying in a cabin without insulation, a cabin with insulation, or in a room in the house. It is now possible to use the kitchen, bathroom and living room in the house all year, since tourists only rent a room, and the rest of the house is shared between tourists, workawayers and me.
Food: There is enough food, but I buy most of the food at half price because of the expiration date. So it can be several days with similar meals. To be able to have many workawayers I need to keep the costs down, and if you have "special needs" that is not on discount, you might have to buy that yourself. We can cook vegetarian meals, and have meat/fish on the side.
In Kristiansand, there are many forests, never more than a short walk away. Near the town center are the areas Baneheia and Odderøya, perfect for walking recreation or winter activities at winter time.
Swimming: Do not forget your swimwear, swimming possibilities are many, outdoors and indoors, in saltwater or freshwater, swimmingpools, beaches (among them the Town Beach and Hamresanden) and rocks.
The beautiful archipelago off Kristiansand (Skjærgården) consists of amazing landscapes, a paradise of islands, skerries, and rocks. In the summer time, you can reach it by sight-seeing-boats from the town centre. The archipelago and the surrounding fjords is also a perfect setting for sailing and fishing
Fishing: The are many possibilities. The sea is full of fish and is free. There are many good lakes in Baneheia, just a short walk from the town or if you fish in the rivers in the area, you must purchase a fishing license. The rivers are rich in fish like salmon and seatrout.
