Help
As we don't travel a lot, hosting workawayers is a great way to meet people from other cultures, and arouse the curiosity/open the mind of our family towards other ways of life / languages. We expect from travellers to help us to maintain or gain language skills, speaking English, German or Spanish with us, especially with our son, not with lessons but simply interacting in the daily activities.
Since my partner and I work full-time, our guest would be free to explore the surrounding area from Monday to Friday, and we would encourage him/her to have his/her own activities from around 8:30 a.m to 6:00 p.m. when we come back from work / school. We would be very happy to spend the evening together as a family (diner, board games, chatting, etc...and of course participate in simple household chores like setting the table...etc...).
It might then be more comfortable for our guest if he/she had a car, as we live in the countryside. We can lend him/her a bike. Our guest would therefore need to be independent for his/her lunch.
On weekends and holidays however, we would be very happy to spend more time with our guest: sport with Emilien (tennis, table tennis, basketball, badmington, football, biking...), fruit picking, chestnut shelling, chicken coop cleaning, weeding, preparing the meals etc...
If you are interested, we are looking forward to meeting you !

Accommodation
The helper would have a private room but would share the bathroom, toilets and rest of the house with us. We would only welcome non-smoking travellers.

What else ...
There is a wake park on the Buhel lake 3 kms from the house, with also a small beach where it is allowed to swim and fish. A tree climbing park "Escapades Verticales" and a go-kart circuit "Solokart" are available nearby. The Nantes - Brest Canal is not far from our house and we are leaving 1 hour from Nantes and from the ocean (with a car). There are also many associations in Plessé: board games library, book library, football, tennis, judo, dance, running, badmington, horse riding, yoga, theatre, heritage restoration, music groups...
