Description
Hi everybody! We are a couple who loves to travel but when we are not traveling we have engaged to bring the world to our cozy hostel in the heart of Tirana. This is our second year running the hostel and we are looking for motivated, passionate and energetic travelers who share our love for new cultures and meeting with other fellow travelers.
Our hostel is located in one of the best areas of Tirana, 300m from Pazari I Ri (the main market) and 800m from the city center (Skanderbeg Square). The place has six rooms in total, two dorms and four private rooms.
The hostel is cosy and small that is why we like to do everything ourself; check in-s and check out-s, keeping the place nice and clean, creating a harmonious atmosphere between the team and the guests and being as helpful as you can about providing usefull information for our guests so they can make the best of their time during their stay.
There is a lot of work to do and that is why we like to have hard working people and people who take initiatives in resolving challenging situations. On the other hand is a beautiful experience, you will learn a lot about not only running a hostel but as well meet with amazing travelers and personalities.
We are adding small details each day and we would love to have you as part of the team of creative travelers with creative ides!
If this sounds good to you, we would love to host you for three weeks (or more). We offer a comfortable bed, some food that you can cook in the kitchen and lots of beautiful moments!Types of help and learning opportunities

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
Tirana is a city culturally and historically rich so there are plenty of museums and cultural sites to visit, the social scene is unique and as the capital, Tirana has a dinamic rythem and an energetic night life. Except the main clubing areas in the city, there are lots of clubs, pubs and restaurants just around the corner of the hostel. While the surrounding area of Tirana is beautiful to explore if you want to escape from the city and dive into nature, just about 3km is mount Dajti for a light hike :), Shpella e Pëllumbasit in the village of Ibë is 30min by bus, Petrela village and lots of other natural sites. There are plenty of things to visit in this small country, a lot of tradition to experience and very kind locals to meet over a coffee or a glass of raki.
Help
We try to create a very welcoming and nice atmosphere with our guests and this is essential. What we are looking for is a motivated and energetic person that shares our love for travel and meeting new people, who can help us with the reception - check in's and check out's, with general maintenance of the hostel - keeping the place clean, a person who is hard working and communicative and that is why englesh skills are required.
Even though the job is quite flexible and depending from the reservations, we require for the person to help from 5 hour/day, 5 days/week.Languages
