  Hello. I'm Melissa. I live in lovely İstanbul. I'm middle aged.
  
  Restoration and renovation help is needed in our flat in İstanbul, in historical peninsula in the old town. Work-awayer will help me with mainly kind of repair the plaster on the walls and ceilings and paint the walls and ceilings, or fixing the tiles etc. and and also keeping the place clean while or after restorations. The flat has 2 small rooms, and a small dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom, fridge, washing machine, cooker, cupboards etc, for one workawayer to stay at a time. Workawayer should be 35 years old and over .Workawayer will stay in the same flat s/he renovates.. There is clean room and bed in the same flat.. There is a terrace upstairs where some of the work will be done.
  
  So, if you have a bit of construction knowledge and / or skills, or if you are capable of comprehending what to do that would be excellent. The restoration / renovation work might take one or two weeks. You need to work 3-4-5 hours a day. We will schedule the work which needs to be done for suitable hours to make sure that you have time to tour around. It is also important that you need to keep the place clean. We prefer nonsmokers. İf you are a smoker you shouldn't smoke inside. We need help ASAP. And only clean, tidy, respectful and polite workawayers, please.
  
  
  You will stay in the same flat you repair. You need to clean the flat you stay in. We can supply mainly basic food for breakfast. I can occasionally cook or arrange you some traditional Turkish food. if you can cook your own meal that will be ideal. Variety of options for reasonable food in the neighbourhood is available.
  
  The area is central and hectic, there is so much going on. It is in walking distance to historical sites and famous Agia Sophia, Sultanahmet mosque, Undergrond cisterns, Eminönü, Grand Bazaar, Egypt Spice Bazaar, Yenikapı Festival area, Ferry and underground trains called metro/ marmaray, tram, busses, minibusses, Colorful Balat area which is attraction with cute old houses and Art centers,, Karaköy area, İstanbul Modern area, to famous Galata Tower, famousbTaksim Square , İstiklal Street, and seaside and more are mostly with in from 10 -15 minutes to 60-minute walking distance. That will probably be a very different and charming experience in your life. I will take you to some touristic sites and places of interest and festivals etc. in İstanbul.

İstanbul's living population may be twenty million which is bigger than most countries' population. So, there is always something interesting.

  Help with maintenance and repair for water proof terrace and plastering walls both inside and outside of the flat. Restoring and plastering walls, painting and decorating. Start ASAP. Workawayers. should be 35 years and over and speak English or Greek so that we can communicate. The flat is on the fifth floor and there is no elevator.

  We provide clean restored room in the same flat you are going to restore, You will have limitless internet in the flat. There is one shared bathroom for for two or four people. The kitchen is small but equipped so you can cook your own meals. You need to clean where you stay. There is washing machine.
