Description
We are a family that felt in love with Colombia after traveling during 4 years in our motorhome with our 3 kids that now are 20,19 and 18 years old, studying abroad. We are running a 3 hectares touristic farm in the beautiful mountains of Silvia-Cauca half way from the Pan-American Cali-Popayan to Silvia capital of the Guambia reserve. We accommodate Overlander’s traveling in RVs from all over the world and also room-host guests. The property consists of camping areas, many gardens and orchards as well as several shared areas (kiosks, BBQ, terraces, hammocks,…). We are looking for workawayers that are willing to contribute in the following areas: Gardening, welcoming guests, cleaning, basic technical works (pipes, structures, CCTV,…). We do offer a nice accommodation with high quality matress, kitchen, hot shower and clean bathrooms. Food is also included under your own preparation.

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
Our concept is a sharing space between backpackers, Colombians and international travelers (motorhome or biking). Being 10 minutes from Silvia there are superb treks and intercultural exchanges with the Indigenous communities (There are 7 different communities but Guambia is the major one).
You could learn on foresting and flowering as well as maintaining a touristic place
You might also learn by interacting with our visitors from around the world.Help
We aim to give a unique token to the outside and internal ambiances through paths, flower planting, or simply helping us maintain the orchards and equipments. Sometimes also help is needed as we do host RV Overlanders from all over the world with restaurant services, laundry, and many other traveling experiences and services.
