    Description

Hello! I'm Al , born and raised in Coron Palawan, founder of a farming organisation - a learning and training site on Conservation Agriculture for Organic Agriculture in Coron Palawan, Philippines. We aim to be a model permaculture farm in the region. This is also a farm tourism destination promoting ecotourism activities such as river kayaking, bird watching, nature biking, farm to table dining and earthing in partnership with grassroots communities such as Tagbanuas and Cuyunens- the indigenous cultural communities in Northern Palawan.

Meet our team when you come. Juan, Neneng, Vincent, Jonathan, Jerwin and Abet all locals with different talents in farming.

    Accommodation

Our farmhouse is nestled in a peaceful village, away from the busy town of Coron. It's a serene retreat where you can enjoy a slower pace of life, surrounded by nature.

    Here's what our place offers:

    Facilities:
A farmhouse with a kitchen, bathroom, dipping pool, and a working area equipped with electricity.
A private room is available, but we encourage the traditional experience of sleeping on mats/foam with mosquito nets, which many volunteers enjoy.
Internet connection is available, though it's not very fast due to the rural location.

    Food and Cooking:
You’re welcome to pick and cook produce from our farm, including fresh vegetables, herbs, and fruits.
We provide an open kitchen where you can prepare your own meals.
Occasionally, we enjoy group meals as a community, which is a wonderful way to bond and experience our “bayanihan” tradition of sharing.

    Optional Contributions:
If you’d like to join the staff meals, you’re welcome to contribute voluntarily to the actual cost of food.
Alternatively, you are free to source and prepare your own food if you prefer.
Transportation to the farm from Coron town can be arranged if needed. You may hire private transport, or we can facilitate the trip through our staff for a small contribution toward gas expenses. This is entirely optional, and volunteers are welcome to arrange their own transportation if they wish.
We aim to make your stay enjoyable, meaningful, and flexible to your needs.

We look forward to welcoming you and sharing this beautiful experience together!

    What else ...

To anyone interested staying to our farm house it would be ideal to have a motorbike as a regular transport. This will provide mobility if he/she wants to get to town to take island tours. Once at the farm there are mountain bikes available too for use to buy stuff in the nearby stores.
