Hi! We are an artist residency located in Lobitos, a small coastal town in northern Peru. Our goal is to offer a peaceful and inspiring space for musicians and artists to compose, record, and reconnect with their creative process.
We are looking for volunteers with experience in digital marketing and social media who want to contribute their creativity to help us grow and reach more artists around the world.

¡Hola! Somos una residencia artística ubicada en Lobitos, un pequeño pueblo costero al norte del Perú. Nuestro objetivo es ofrecer un espacio tranquilo e inspirador para que músicos y artistas puedan componer, grabar y reconectar con su proceso creativo.
Estamos buscando voluntarios con experiencia en marketing digital y redes sociales que quieran aportar su creatividad para ayudarnos a crecer y llegar a más artistas alrededor del mundo.

You'll live alongside musicians and artists from different countries who come to Lobitos to create, record, and compose. You'll be able to observe their processes, share ideas, learn about music and production, and participate in the daily life of the project.
You'll also become part of the local community, experiencing its culture, its relaxed pace, and the essence of a Peruvian coastal town.
It's a small, creative, and welcoming space where exchange happens naturally and authentically.
It's only 3 hours of work per day, 5 days a week; meals are not included.

Convivirás con músicos y artistas de diferentes países que vienen a Lobitos a crear, grabar y componer. Podrás observar sus procesos, compartir ideas, aprender sobre música y producción, y participar en la vida diaria del proyecto.
Además, te integrarás a la comunidad local, conociendo su cultura, su ritmo tranquilo y la esencia de un pueblo costero peruano.
Es un espacio pequeño, creativo y familiar donde el intercambio sucede de forma natural y auténtica.
Solo son 3 horas de trabajo por 5 días a la semana, no incluye comida.
Help
We are looking for support with tasks such as:
- Creating and scheduling content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Producing photos and videos of the space, activities, and daily life at Lobitos.
- Designing simple graphic pieces (using Canva or other tools).
- Managing and growing our online community.
- Supporting marketing campaigns, newsletters, and website improvements.
- Generating creative ideas to improve our communication and visibility.
We don't require you to be a professional, but we do expect prior experience, initiative, and a passion for creating content.
