    Description

We are Ian and Melanie .
    We are European kiwis .

We are just around the corner from the iconic Mussel inn and there is kayaking and mountain biking on our doorstep .
We have lived on the land here for 7 years and are building permaculture gardens . Fruit , veg and chickens .

We are a small permaculture homestead in rural South Island .
We keep a busy garden , polytunnel and berry house .. and chooks .
We enjoy building projects and are currently building a sleep out .

We have a wood fire sauna , we love river swims , two dogs keep us busy , and we like eating on the back porch on sunny evenings …
We have access to kayaks and treks , fishing and a boat ..

Please please only reach out to us if you are really keen to come . We have had too many time wasters this year who just write to us only to cancel the day before they arrive !
