Description
We are a family in the beautiful beach town of Punta Hermosa (40 km south of Lima) looking for a reliable, animal-loving volunteer to help us care for our pets.

We offer a private room for the volunteer(s) and a place to stay with all commodities. We'd love to enjoy some recipes, language practices and some history about our country.
Help
The Crew: You'll be caring for four dogs and two cats.
Daily Tasks:
Feed the dogs and cats.
Ensure they always have fresh water.
Walk the four dogs (required daily exercise).
Tidy up after the dogs, including cleaning up any messes (poo or pee) they might have made overnight.
General house tidiness, such as sweeping floors and doing the dishes

Please note that we speak very little English. For clear communication, we are looking for people who speak Spanish or are actively learning the language and are comfortable practicing it with us!
Accommodation
We offer a private room with a shared bathroom.
We offer housing as exchange of taking care of the dogs, also meals when we are around which is half-week. For the rest of the days, volunteer(s) may cook with the ingredients that are at home.
What else ...
The house is located an 8-minute-walk from the beach, where they give surf classes all year long. It's a very calm town if you just want to relax far from the crowd but still is not far and easy to get from the city. There are public buses during the day and it takes approximately 1 hour.
