Description
We are mother and daughter and are very slowly rebuilding the a small house on a huge land in Fayence. Right now the house is in the buidling proces, one room is perfect to sleep in, but the house has no bathroom nor toilett.
The room is heated with an infrared panel. My child and I live 30m away in a little caban with an outside bathroom ( with warm water), a dry toilett and and a small outside kitchen all of that we merrily share with you.
We love to take meals together while taking turns with the cooking.
Right now i am planing on isolating the 13 m2 metal Hutt with wool and clay or straw and clay. There is a lot of grass cutting to do, a 1m2 whole to dig and to build some concrete walls inside.
We also plan to build a tipi with bamboo sticks.
If you have the expertise there is a stair to build, If you know about woodwork.
depending on your expertise there can be a lot of other stuff to do such as fixing stone dry walls, wooden floor waxing, installing a chemney, travertine laying on the terrase or in groundfloor of the house.Types of help and learning opportunities

with us you can live close to nature, as much as possible outside, benefit from the relaxing sound of the rushing little river. We will show you the nicest and hidden pathways for walks in the nature, look for wild pigs and owls or try to meet a luchs.
We can take you to concerts in the village and to swimmm in the lake or sea and also introduce you to our friends and neighbours if it fits.
Our planing is fluid.Projects involving children

Help
On 6000 m2 with a river in the center, we're creating an ecofriendly living space very close to nature. Planting food is on the agenda as well as renovating the old house from bottom to top. The land is held together by drywalls that need to be fixed and there are plenty other tasks. We expect respect for nature, as well as respect for people of all ages, ethnicities, genders, professions, fortune... An inclusive way of thinking is very welcome.

when we are there we sleep in a a hut with a real bed, heater, an outside bathroom and outside ( warm) shower and a dry toilett.
You can sleep in the one nice room in the stone house that is currently under construction with no bathroom and an outside toilett, here you have to use a ladder to get in and out the room at the moment. You can also put up a tent or sleep in your own bus or caravan on the land. What else ...
Fayence is 45 mn from the beach and 20 mn away from a great lake ( Lac de st Cassien), 45 mn away there are " les gorges du verdon" a climbing rafting traking paradise.... so your time off will be filled with sporty activity close to nature. Tuesdays, thursdays and saturday are market days, thats when we all sit in the bar in front of the church and have coffee and listen to live music.

Can host digital nomads
Please bring your ownn internet. This worked out in the past.
Space for parking camper vans
There is a space in front of the house with light and sun, and a space close to the river, with more shadow and the magnificent sound of the river. Electricity cable will reach both places. The road is good enough for a small campervan... a big one might have trouble turning
Can possibly accept pets
I must admit that pets will most probably disturb all the big and small wild animals living here.
