Discover life in a tiny rural village, far from the trappings of city and tourist destinations. Here our family has live for the past 28 years, growing and building our own tranquil Haven.
Our activities are split between working on a 6 hectare permaculture smallholding with a huge forest garden, and the local shop and cafe where we supply an essential community service. The link with nature, our neighbors, and volunteers is an important part of what we do.
Be prepared for new things and above all keep an open mind

How could you not benefit from the Breton way of living?- simple but honest, we have certainly learnt a better way of living and sharing since moving here and raising our family.
Workawayers give a helping hand two or three hours in the morning and after a long lunch break another couple of hours in the afternoon.
The help can be physically demanding as sometimes learning new skills is challenging.
We take good care of you but would also appreciate a hand with the daily chores like the dishes, sweeping up etc.
You may need to bring old clothes, strong shoes, and work gloves.
