Description
We are a homeschooling family from the Netherlands (our 15 year old daughter decided to go to school so we are a mixed schooling family).
We have been living in ou yurt for 6 years in Bulgaria and in a community in Denmark. After 6 years we needed more space so we moved to a house where we have been living for two years now. Our family consists of Rutmer , Susanne and our three kids, Rix 2010, Tijl 2013 and Polle 2014. We love sailing, skiing, forest living, playing board games. And our kids are also into circus activities. So we have a unicycle, juggling stuff and recently we have aerial silk. We are looking for someone to help us with things around the house. Like chopping wood, gardening, carpentry work, making an outside shower etc.
We offer a separate sleeping room and your own kitchen. We have had good experience with couples but when you are on your own you are also welcome to come.
We don’t smoke don’t use drugs so we want people that don’t smoke and use drugs. We eat vegetarian ourselves but it is not a problem if you are not.
We are a smell sensitive family so please no perfume or strong smelled shampoos. Thank you for that :-).

Help
We are looking for energetic people, preferably a couple or two friends, who want to help us build our own house, which means mostly carpentry and cob/clay working. Skills in these fields are appreciated, but we have professional help so a positive work attitude is enough to make it work.
We like you to be there with our kids do you need to be passionate about kids. Our kids take their own time to connect with our visitors and we respect that.
We live in a house where we live on the ground floor. As we are living an unschooling life, there is always one of us home with the kids.

What else ...
We live on a small island with beautiful beaches everywhere. There is also a lot of forest where you can find mushrooms and go for hikes. There are shelters everywhere where you can sleep for free. We have bikes that you can use and our car if needed. Hitch-hiking also works really well on our small island with friendly people.
