Description
We are George and Carolina. We live, by the Llanquihue lake in the country near to a little town called Frutillar, near Puerto Varas in the Lake District, Chile. Our family is composed by two kids, Gaspar (16) and Mateo (8), three cute dogs, three cats, and us. We love meeting new people and enjoying nature. We are gardeners and constructors, so we are looking for workayeres with some knowledge in these areas.

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
At home we love sharing lunch and dinner time together with a nice conversation. We live in a very peaceful place near to the lake where you can go kayaking, swimming, trekking or just chill around. We go to town every day, so we can take you there whenever you want, as we are just 10 minutes away.
So, if you enjoy nature and learning more about our southern culture in Chile, this can be a nice opportunity to do it.

Help
Garden maintenance: mowing grass, removing weed from the garden, watering the plants, leaves raking, pruning plants.
Construction jobs: painting walls, installing drywall panels, installing wood on walls, installing tiles on floor and walls.
Housekeeping: Helping with the cleaning up of the house, like dishwashing, vacuum-cleaning, etc.
We are willing to teach you if you don't know how do these jobs and you want to learn.

Accommodation
You will have your own bedroom, shared bathroom, access to use the common areas at home
(dinning/living room, kitchen, laundry, wifi, hot water showers) as long as you help us keeping the house tidy and clean because this is very important for us.
At home there is a full equipped kitchen for workawayers to use. At the same time, we will provide of a weekly stipend for them to buy their groceries for them to cook.
What else ...
Around the area you could visit national parks, go fishing, birdwatching, swimming, kayaking, hiking, enjoying nice restaurants, music shows at the theater on the lake, and walking and enjoying the beauties of our region.
Transport from our house to town; we can take you or you can take a taxi.
The most important thing for us to have a good relationship with the workawayers who come to our home is that they respect us and help us keep the house clean and tidy.
