Description
We are a family of 4 adults and we have my parents living next door. We have 2 dogs, 3 chickens and a few fish. Our home is a tropical elevated house with a backyard jungle with fruit trees, herbs and vegetables. We are doing renovations to the house and garden, so need practical hardworking couples who dont mind it being a bit warm. The garden is always evolving and there is always plenty to do there, paving, digging drainage, planting. Cleaning and painting is mostly what we need doing around the house. We love sharing the cooking and tasting new dishes too and expect that you will bring cooking skills!

We are a family of four with my parents living next door. You will become part of our extended family. Experience life in tropical Australia with locals. We live near coastal reserves and the ocean so the natural environment is very accessible. We are close to bike/walking paths and mountain bike tracks if you enjoy getting out and getting physical. Walking distance to the local shopping centre, markets, beach and bus routes.
Help
We are looking for experienced helpers.
We are mainly needing help around the house - primarily gardening, maintainance, painting and always cooking and cleaning. If you have a particular skill that may be useful let us know as it may be of use. My parents next door also often have jobs to do which we might ask you to help with. We ask for four hours a day each in exchange for all meals and accommodation and are happy to be flexible about how it is worked if you would like to also take some time to explore Darwin and the surroundings. We are seeking practical, hands-on, hardworking helpers. We are not able to help with teaching English at the moment.
