Hi, we are Liv and Matt! Energetic, positive people who love being outdoors and making the most of every day. Happiest when I’m active; hiking, swimming, or exploring somewhere new. I'd like to say we are bubbly, easy to get along with, and always up for a laugh.

We really enjoy meeting new people and working as part of a team. Through Liv's experience as a swim teacher, she developed a lot of patience, confidence, and the ability to connect with people of all ages; especially kids. She always try to bring that same positive energy into everything.

Matt is not afraid of getting stuck in with hands-on work. He is physically active, hardworking, and happy to help out wherever needed, especially if it means being outdoors or around animals.

Outside of work, We're pretty simple give us a good view, a sunset, maybe drink and we're happy.

We are a hardworking, reliable, and adaptable couple with a strong mix of hands-on, and practical experience. Between us, we bring several years of manual labour work alongside experience in hospitality, customer service, and team-based environments.

Matt has experience in outdoor manual labour, giving him strong practical skills, physical stamina, and confidence working in physically demanding roles and varied conditions. He is experienced hand held and power using tools, handling heavy materials, and maintaining safe and organised work environments. He also has a Masters in Environmental science, so any eco projects we are super interested in!

Olivia brings experience in customer service and people-focused roles, including working as a swim teacher and in hospitality. She is confident working with people of all ages, highly organised, and brings a positive, energetic approach to team environments. She is also First Aid, CPR, and AED trained, with a business and marketing degree, she can help with most IT issues and is open to social media, marketing support for any small scale businesses.

Together, we are physically fit, quick to learn, and happy to take on a wide range of tasks. We work well both independently and as part of a team, and pride ourselves on being dependable, proactive, and easy to get along with.

We are flexible, motivated, and always willing to get stuck in and help wherever needed.

What else ...

Liv loves cooking and is always more than happy to get involved in the kitchen, whether that’s helping prepare meals or cooking for everyone. It’s something she genuinely enjoys and brings a lot of energy to.

If there are any animals around, especially horses, we’d absolutely love that. Liv has previous experience at the stables growing up, so is familiar with the basics and would be really keen to get involved again and build that back up with a bit of guidance.

We both love being outdoors and are always up for a good hike so if you know any great local spots, we’d be very keen to explore them. Liv is also a big fan of the ocean and a keen surfer (self-proclaimed advanced beginner) and is always open to any tips or pointers.

And if anyone enjoys a good beer at the end of the day, we will will happily join!
