Our stay here was simply brilliant. Martha is a wonderful host, all her family members and people who stay and help at the farm are friendly and outgoing - they are simply a great company. The farm is a place where you will never be bored - there is always something to do, and the tasks may vary, which guarantees that there won't be any monotony.
… read more The surroundings of the farm are purely astounding, as Forde is situated at a beautiful fjord, whereas the farm in the middle of a green (at least in the summer) and sunny valley, close to two beautiful lakes, which provide you with icy fresh water. Animals are friendly, especially if you have their favourite food, and watching them is hilarious. Having Martha borrow us a car was a great opportunity to have a road trip in this marvellous part of Norway, which made us fall in love with its landscape. The work at the farm was not at all burdensome, full of fun activities and opportunities to learn different skills.
We certainly will remember the stay with fondness and we would love to come back to Forde and visit Martha again if we have a chance in the future.

Piotr and Aline is the Perfect workawayers. They are booth fast learners and Nice outgoing People. Easy to communicate With. They both did a good pice of work at the farm, both with all the animals and general help with different jobs at and around the farm. I would absolutely recomand them to other host- and I wish both of them the best !:)
