  House in a mountainous area, with approximately 2,200 m of land. South-facing, plenty of sun.
  I have chickens that provide me with eggs for my own consumption and two cats.
  The views from the house and surrounding area are spectacular, probably among the best in Europe. Native forest (beech, oak, ash, etc.) and mountains.
  The area is perfect for those who enjoy hiking, climbing peaks, spotting wild animals, studying the flora, or enjoying the forest interior.
  
  I could help someone really interested in living in this mountainous area find a home in the area.

  Casa en una zona de montaña, con unos 2000m de terreno. Orientación sur, mucho sol.
  Tengo unas pocas gallinas que me proporcionan huevos para autoconsumo y dos gatos.
  Las vistas desde la casa y alrededores son espectaculares, probablemente de lo mejorcito de Europa. Bosque autóctono (haya, roble, fresno...) y montañas.
  La zona es perfecta para quien disfrute con el senderismo, subiendo a picos , avistando animales salvajes, estudiando la flora o disfrutando del interior del bosque.
  
  Podría ayudar a encontrar vivienda en la zona a una persona realmente interesada en vivir en esta zona de montaña.

  I can teach Spanish and would like to learn to speak Italian, French, or Portuguese. If you play music, you're especially welcome. I like playing music with people.
  I'd help you get around the area with my car, keeping us organized, on your days off. There would be days when I wouldn't be home; you'd have to help me by feeding my cat and chickens. I've worked for years as a volunteer in Spain and England; I think I know what it takes to be happy. I like being alone. I like company.

  I need help maintaining a vegetable garden for my own consumption.
  
  Harvesting by hand (with a sickle, hoe, or scythe) part of the land where I want to expand the garden.
  
  Working the soil.
  Watering.
  Preparing plant extracts (nettle, sorghum, dandelion, etc.).
  
  Looking after and feeding my cats and chickens when I'm away from home for a few days.
  These are simple tasks.
  
  I need someone with some experience in gardening, who enjoys working outdoors and, very importantly, loves animals.
  If the weather doesn't allow for outdoor work, I would need help painting the walls of a room.
  
  3 hours of work daily in exchange for a room and room and board.

  Accommodation

  I offer a room with mountain views. A completely rustic room: a bed, a chair, a table, all wood and stone, a minimalist and healthy corner. I provide meals, of course, but everyone prepares their own menu. I prefer vegetarians, but I'm not an extremist.

  No smoking inside the house.
  The nearest bus stop is about 7 km away (Gijón and Oviedo are about an hour and a quarter away). The nearest bar is about 3 km away. Within reason, I'd help you with my car.
  There are short and long trails that start from the village.

  La parada de autobús más cercana está a unos 7 Km (Gijón y Oviedo más o menos a una hora y cuarto). El bar más cercano, a unos 3Km. Dentro de lo razonable yo te ayudaría con mi coche.
  Hay senderos de pequeño y largo recorrido que parten desde la aldea.
