Hello Everyone,
About Me:
I am Brijesh. I have done my doctorate from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and worked with corporate world as a Scientist for about 5 years. A great disciple of “Mother Nature” motivated me to start journey with unconventional learning space having aim of “Building future leaders and extraordinary human beings for sustainability of human race on Mother Earth” by unconventional teaching-learning space. This space members have gave me a new identity and now I am known as “Guruji”. I strongly believes and emphasizes in “Simple and sustainable living along with Mother Nature” and taking lead role with this learning space to teach the same to the little ones.
About our Organisation:
Our organization is a space for unconventional teaching-learning to build extraordinary future leaders. It is non for profit company and registered in India under Section 8 , of the Companies act 2013. Organization believes in building young originators by providing Gyana (knowledge) with Dhyana (concentration in applied research activities) and self-reliant society through appropriate technologies. Experiential learning through research methodologies on local societal challenges/issues is introduced in education from primary level itself.
About Project:
After successful demonstration of unconventional regular learning program at our Gujarat campus, we initiated one level up unconventional residential program. For the same, development of a residential campus at Terdi village, (Mandangad Tahesil, Ratnagiri district) Maharashtra, India, Mother Earth is initiated. Looking for support of volunteers from all over the world for establishing as well as routine activities of both the campuses.Types of help and learning opportunities

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
Volunteers can get opportunity to interact with kids belonging from different cultures. They can also get opportunity to travel with nearby villages and understand culture and festivals.
There are huge scope of involving in ongoing eco-friendly bamboo structures, natural farming, developing unconventional learning space, traditional arts & skills like spinning, weaving, pottery etc.Projects involving children

Help
We are looking for volunteers to develop unconventional learning space for kids near Mandangad (150 km away from Bombay), Maharashtra, India.
We need help for:
- preparing space for natural farming
- building eco-friendly innovative structures
- cleaning area for making a playground
- building cow shelter house
- plantations of trees and irrigation system
-making checkdams & flyover on natural stream flowing from the campus
Interactions with residential kids and sharing knowledge by conducting learning sessiwould be preferred on the priority.
If you want to be immerge into Indian culture in the calm and chilly place that's for you. We provide vegetarian food & accommodation, and good wifi!Languages

As kids are staying in Campus, it is free from any kind of addiction items. So, tea, coffee, smoking, drugs, alcohol etc are strictly not allowed in campus premises.What else ...
