We're an ecological and biodiverse project that offers a connection to nature and simple living. This is a space to reconnect with harmony, the land and collective work. We are a warm, honest and responsible community that respects both natural and social rhythms. Our goal is to share knowledge in areas like ecological living, physical well-being, and spiritual practice. Located in the peaceful mountains of Nocaima, Cundinamarca - just 1.5 hours from Bogotá - our land is full of fruit trees, gardens, and community-built cabins.

Help
We’re looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to help with day-to-day tasks on our farm. No two days are the same, and your responsibilities will depend on your strengths, experience, and preferences. Tasks include harvesting crops for meals, cooking, cleaning, gardening, space renovation, and more. As we also run an eco-friendly guesthouse, we’d love help with managing bookings, social media, and content creation. We’re open to your ideas too—if you think of ways to help us grow, we’d love to hear them. You’ll work 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, with 2 days off—usually Saturday and Sunday, but we’re flexible. On your day off, we simply ask that you tidy your own space.

Buscamos personas motivadas y prácticas para ayudarnos con las tareas diarias en nuestra finca. Cada día es diferente y las actividades dependerán de tus fortalezas, experiencia y preferencias. Algunas tareas incluyen cosechar productos para las comidas, cocinar, limpiar, trabajar en el jardín, renovar espacios y más. Como también manejamos una casa de huéspedes ecológica, buscamos apoyo con reservas, redes sociales y creación de contenido. Estamos abiertos a nuevas ideas que nos ayuden a crecer. Se trabaja 4 horas al día, 5 días a la semana, con 2 días libres, generalmente sábado y domingo, aunque somos flexibles. En tu día libre solo te pedimos que mantengas tu espacio limpio.

Accommodation
Volunteers stay in private cabins that have up to three beds and a private bathroom. We provide clean sheets, mosquito nets, and anything else you might need to feel at home. The cabins are surrounded by nature and set apart from the common areas, offering peace and privacy.

Los voluntarios se alojan en cabañas privadas con hasta tres camas y baño privado. Proveemos sábanas limpias, mosquiteros y todo lo que necesites para sentirte como en casa. Las cabañas están rodeadas de naturaleza y separadas de las zonas comunes, lo que te ofrece paz y privacidad.

In your free time, you can swim in our natural well, explore the forest, relax by a waterfall, or simply enjoy the countryside. Watch the sunset, meet our animals, go to town on weekends for a meal or a fiesta—depending on the season. This is a true taste of Colombian rural life.

En tu tiempo libre, puedes nadar en nuestro pozo natural, explorar el bosque, relajarte junto a una cascada o simplemente disfrutar del campo. Mira el atardecer, conoce a nuestros animales, visita el pueblo los fines de semana para comer o ir a una fiesta, según la temporada. Esta es una verdadera experiencia de la vida rural colombiana.
