    Description

Hello! We are Wouter (32), Heidi (32), Juppie (2), and Rooney (.75) and we are in the process of transforming an overgrown old homestead into a bio diverse sustainable organic permaculture paradise. Our interest is in sustainable living. This means that we take consideration for the types of plants and animals we apply to the land with the goal of having a balanced and diverse sets of plants and animals for food production.
Currently we are rebuilding the organic matter in our sandy soil with the help of our goats and chickens. This spring/summer we begin phase one of our vegetable gardens and food forest. This means we will be busy prepping our garden sites and orchards.
We take a holistic approach to how we manage our land and animals and each other. Our dedication to continued learning and understanding of how our ecosystems work and what role it plays on the larger environment is the foundation for our community, homestead and garden.
We also have opportunities for child care and house hold management.
    Happy to meet you!
