    Description

We are Philippa and Mark, in our early 60's. We live an hour north of Auckland city in the beautiful area of Mahurangi, 8km south of the bustling little country town of Warkworth. The area boasts a large number and variety of gorgeous beaches, regional parks and walks. Art galleries, studios, vineyards and restaurants are in abundance too.
We run a free range egg farm (our workaway guest will not be doing any work related to the egg farm business) and promote healthy living- growing our own food, sustainable land use and regenerating the native bush on our 100 acre property. We have over 50 acres of native bush and are running an ongoing tree planting programme on any of our land that is not suitable for general farm usage.

My wife Philippa and I are well travelled and enjoy meeting people from all countries to share expeerinces and to broaden ours and our guest's horizions. Philippa is an artist and works from her studio on our properrty..

If you enjoy a peaceful surroundings with nature on your doorstep this area and our farm will be enjoyable for you.
As there is no public transport near us you must have your own transport.
