    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

We create a cultural exchange through our daily lives. We have a very communicative, cheerful, and empathetic family, and we want people to feel at home and like family. We love hosting and meeting people from other cultures and participating in a cultural exchange. It makes us feel like we are traveling the world and learning about new cultures. Anezio is a capoeira master and teaches capoeira twice a week, where we teach and share the art of capoeira, music, singing, and its culture. Workaway volunteers can participate in this sharing for free, as well as use our space with tatami mats and gym daily. We speak Portuguese, English, Spanish, and a little French, and we can help with Portuguese, our native language. We are proud and enjoy showing a little of the paradise where we live, highlighting the most beautiful and interesting spots in our land. I was a professional and champion bodyboarder and can guide and teach you about the best beaches for surfing, as well as point out the best waves daily. I can lend you beginner equipment and give you some tips on bodyboarding and surfing.
