❄️ Winter is coming… and there’s still plenty to do!
We’re looking for someone who enjoys getting their hands dirty and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves! 💪
📅 November. staying for the full month is a must. If you’re handy, independent, experienced and up for getting stuck in, we’d love to hear from more!

There’s plenty on the to-do list: making a concrete floor for the horses, working on the chicken coop, and of course all kinds of other jobs inside and outside. You know how it goes… you start with one project and suddenly there are five more!
We’re looking for someone with some hands-on experience, who knows their way around tools and can work independently. Someone who can see what needs doing and just gets on with it.
No sitting around all day. we like to keep busy, have a laugh, enjoy the animals and get things done. 🐴🐔🌿
And of course, there’s time for good food, good company and enjoying the surroundings along the way!

Learn together on our beautiful farm.
We have various activities available, such as hiking along the nearby trail next to our house, spending time with animals, and enjoying summer swims at local river beaches. Additionally, we plan city trips to Porto, Braga, and surrounding areas. If you enjoy cooking, we also like to make pizzas and are open to cooking together. We appreciate it if you take occasional moments for yourself to have your own time and space. -

Help
diy, animal care (2 big dogs, cats and 'young' horses)
Winter tasks: wood tasks and gardening, building for the animals.
Summer time: basic help around the farm (feeding, walking, cuddles and hands on jobs)
We are looking for a flexibel experience horse volunteer to help create in the summer with:
- taking care of the horses, let them walk to the river, feeding and cleaning the field
If you have experience with horses, natural horsemanship and train young horses or other skills you are welcome. (not for ridding) Just bring your creatief mind and warm soul. -

We are a Dutch couple with a little girl Ella. Elisah is a therapist who works with her horses and engaging in shamanic rituals such as drumming in her free time.
Guido, on the other hand, has a passion for gardening, influenced by his mother who is a garden architect. He also enjoys working with wood and constructing beautiful things. With such diverse interests, we both have a lot to offer.
We both work online and like to have some extra hands with taking care of the animals and basic household.
