Description
We are a family of four (husband, wife and two young children), along with our dog and cat. We live in rural Mid Canterbury, 5 minutes from Methven. Methven is a small rural town, but is busy in the winter months due to Mt Hutt.

Help
We would like help around the house and garden, and occasionally jobs around the property.
We currently do not have a spare room available so are only looking for travellers with their own accommodation (e.g. van), or alternatively we can provide a tent and bedding- for the summer -

You would be welcome to use the house facilities (bathroom, laundry, kitchen, lounge, tv etc).
We have a pool running during summer.
Wifi available in the house.
Breakfast and lunch ingredients supplied, however you will likely need to make yourself. Dinner typically eaten as a family. -
What else ...
Methven has great mountain bike trails and hiking tracks near-by, not to mention the mountain during ski season. The township has great cafes, pubs, restaurants and two small supermarkets.
Ashburton is 20 minutes away by car.
A bike can be provided for getting into Methven. -
