    Description

Hello! My name is Tom, and I'm the owner of a local hostel based in Ha Giang, northern Vietnam. Our staff is composed by around 50 local people, including Easy riders, receptionists and managers. We run Ha Giang Loop motorbike tours, arrange ethnic homestays, offer motorbike rentals and produce trip media (photos & videos) so travellers can truly experience the landscapes, cuisine and living culture of the region.
We’re a team of local riders, guides and hospitality people who value authenticity, sustainability and safety. We're looking for cultural exchange volunteers to join us and sharing their time with us.

We aim to create immersive, responsible travel experiences that connect visitors to Ha Giang’s ethnic communities and natural wonders while directly supporting local people and keeping a low environmental footprint. We want volunteers to join that mission — to gain hands-on experience in sustainable tourism, local hospitality, and community-based travel.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

You will live and work at our hostel — cultural exchange happens on-site: share meals and conversations with our local staff and visiting guests, join informal language nights and storytelling sessions, and learn about local customs through staff-led briefings and photos. It’s a respectful, hands-on way to connect with Ha Giang people while helping run the hostel.
