  My name is Laila and I'm 70 years old. I have 5 children and they frequent our farm in Tanum, however the farm needs more love and attention. I had a workawayer here last year and it was a lot of fun and great help. Wish to do something similar this year. Changing some planks on the barn walls, helping me throw away old junk thats piled up in the barn, painting and maybe a little bit of weed management is on the list.

  Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

  The farm is located in the countryside with close proximity to the forest. I have several E-bikes for terrain use to explore the area! My last workawayer joined for a lot of boat trips with the family as well. If you would like to learn a bit of Norwegian or Swedish and about food culture and just otherwise way of living.

  Help

  I am a lady who has a farm that is too big for me to maintain alone. I would need help with general maintenance around the place. Varied work as painting, carpeting and weed control.

  The house is about 540m^2 So there are plenty of rooms to choose from based on your preferanses. Own bathroom and kitchen if you like. So no need to socialize all the time if you don't feel like it.

  Explore the surroundings, visit nearby towns and see Tanum's municipalities world heritage, the rock carvings.
  Along the coast there is much to see and do, I can offer transport by car or you can go by the E-bikes.
  You can borrow a canoe and paddle and camp around the nearby lakes. I have equipment for most adventures.
  Birdwatching, fishing, hiking, camping, campfire, canoeing, swimming and snorkeling (if the summer is good ;)).
