    Description

    Hi! I’m Ricardo, your host. I live on a beautiful one-hectare property in the heart of the Mayan jungle, along the Ruta de los Cenotes in Quintana Roo, Mexico
    Our land includes two natural cenotes, which are part of a delicate ecosystem and require ongoing care, such as removing leaves, trimming vegetation, and helping keep the water clean and healthy.
    Our Vision
    This project is inspired by a simple but meaningful goal: to create a self-sufficient and sustainable lifestyle.
    We focus on:
    * Growing our own vegetables
    * Responsible water care
    * Recycling and composting organic waste
    * Raising laying hens
    * Living in harmony with nature
    This is a space for learning, sharing, and reconnecting with a more conscious way of living.

    Food, Location & Cultural Experience
    Meals: We provide ingredients and a basic pantry so Workawayers can prepare their own meals and feel at home in the kitchen.
    Location: The beaches are nearby (about 20 minutes by car to Puerto Morelos), though not within walking distance.
    Activities & Learning: During your stay, you’ll have the chance to learn how to kayak in a traditional Mayan canoe, dance salsa, and explore different types of cenotes.

    Help

    I will meet with the volunteers, and we will review daily objectives, issues, obstacles, safety requirements, and questions and answers. These questions are very important and add significant value to my project.

    Help with Physical Activity Sessions
    Assist with Physical Activity Session, which includes any type of physical activity such as Yoga, Aerobic exercise, stretching, Zumba, Salsa dancing, etc., to promote physical well-being, mindfulness, proper performance, and alignment while creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.
