Description
Hi, would you like to come to Venice for a week or two? I am offering the top floor of my house, a 4-story historical building with amazing views, with private bathroom and 'altana', the typical wooden terrace, overlooking the roofs of Venice, in the Castello district, one of the most popular and lively areas of the city. I welcome someone to do the painting and basic maintenance of the house. The ideal person will have good manual dexterity, be serious and quiet. I can host one person per time. Contact me now!

- learn Italian by having daily exchanges with me (I am an experienced private-lesson italian language teacher)
- be immersed in the Venetian culture from the beautiful neighborhood of Castello, minutes away from San Marco
- I have been living in Venice for decades and can walk you around some precious areas of the city as well as museums and churches. You could view parts of the city that are not in the main spotlight but equally charming and fascinating. -

Accommodation
Private bedroom located in the attic, top floor of a traditional Venetian building. Charming sloping ceilings, with access to the outdoor rooftop terrace and a full private bathroom attached.
Entry to the top floor is through the shared entryway.
The kitchen and dining room are shared with me on the bottom floor.
I will provide groceries, food and occasionally cook for both of us. -

Walk to San Marco Square, 10 minutes (walk) away from my apartment.
15 minutes away from Sant'Elena, the beautiful park of the city, and 25 minutes away from Lido, the beach of Venice.
Easy access to many bars and restaurants on the street and many more within minutes from the house.
Within 5 minutes walking distance from my house you can hop on the public transportation (Vaporetto boat) that will take you anywhere you want in the city and the neighboring islands. -
