    Description

Hello! We're a little family farm in the mountains behind Chilliwack. We're growing vegetables, raising hens, milking our cow, eating good food and working on projects, so many projects. We're a family of five, valuing time together, hard work, peace and quiet and good food.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

We've shared rich experiences with wwoofers in the past, learning bits of German, sharing a delicious meal made by our Japanese wwoofers, etc. It was a delight to learn! I hope we can share our home culture with you. We eat simple food that we grow, we work hard and we enjoy basking in the sun. We're rich in a cultural experience of the forest. A beautiful hike is a short bit away from our farm, and our closest town, Chilliwack, is famous for it's hiking, rafting and outdoor adventure. We are a quiet, introverted family and would be well suited to host other quiet introverted types. Since we have a large, private space for workaways we hope to find people who enjoy time working and sharing together as well as time apart.
