Description
I live in a beach town on the central coast of NSW which is about 1 hour drive north of Sydney. It is a beautiful area which has many beaches and National Parks. It is also well serviced with public transport by trains up and down the coastline. I am retired and live alone with my dog. My husband died 7 years ago and I moved here from Sydney. I have a small house with an attached 1 bedroom flat which I am offering in return for some help for short periods of perhaps a week or two.

I am happy to chat and give any information needed to a traveller from overseas. I only speak English but can always use Google to translate. I am elderly and have lived in Sydney all my life though I have travelled overseas a number of times mostly to Asian countries including the Pacific.

Help
I need help to clear up my small garden and spread gravel and mulch. A good cleaning of both places at my direction and also removing rubbish out to the front for pickup by local Council. Window washing also.

Accommodation
Self contained apartment 1 bedroom with bathroom and some cooking facilities. I'm happy to provide breakfast and there is a cooktop and microwave oven. However I do not cook meals.

What else ...
I prefer a woman who is a single traveller and two or 3 hours a day would be sufficient for me in terms of working in return for accommodation. The time working can be arranged to suit and will allow the workawayer to go out daily. Walking my dog down to the beach with me or alone would be useful. Locally there is a bus to take you to numerous places and trains go up and down the coast. I am very flexible.

She is a 14 year old Kelpie who is my constant companion. She loves everyone and recently she became deaf so I have to keep her on a lead when out unless we are on the beach which is lead free. I walk her daily mostly to the beach which is a 10 minute pleasant walk.
