Description
We run a brand new home-style hostel located in downtown My Tho – the gateway to the Mekong Delta. We offer cozy dorms, private rooms, local breakfasts and unique Mekong tours.
I have one paid staff member who is responsible for cleaning and cooking at the hostel.
Volunteers will not be asked to prepare or serve food or drinks to paying guests. Their help will focus on cultural exchange tasks such as creating content about local highlights—tours, food, cooking activities, river life, and traditional markets.Types of help and learning opportunities

We’re looking for volunteers who love creating – whether it’s content or art! Come stay, help us decorate, and enjoy the slow local life of the dweller of the Mekong Delta and enjoy the paradise of the tropical fruits and local food.

Volunteers will stay in shared dormitory beds with access to a shared bathroom. They are also welcome to use the kitchen, living room, and other common spaces during their stay.
I provide three meals per day with local Vietnamese food. We often enjoy meals together, but volunteers are also free to use the kitchen when needed.What else ...

Explore on Foot or by Bike
Stroll or cycle through local streets, markets, and riverside paths.
Discover hidden temples, street food spots, and friendly locals.
Bicycles are available at the hostel (free or low rental depending on your stay).
🏃♂️ Exercise by the Riverbank
Enjoy our morning jogs or do light workouts near the river, just a short walk from the hostel. The breeze and view are refreshing!
🚤 Boat Trips to the Islands
On your day off, hop on a boat tour to Thoi Son (Unicorn Island) or other nearby islets to experience coconut gardens, local crafts, and floating life.
We can help arrange budget-friendly trips with local guides.
