  Hello everyone!
  We are Luis Alberto and Diana, and we live in the Andes Mountains. This is our home, and we’re happy to share it with others!
  
  Luis Alberto is a biologist and civil engineer with extensive experience in construction, welding, and working with a variety of materials and tools. Diana is a personal trainer who also teaches Pilates and Tai Chi.
  
  Inés, Carlos, and Carlos are here to help us with our project. Inés is an administrator, an excellent cook and gardener, and she knows the local area very well. Carlos is a chef and an expert in self-defense, martial arts, and survival techniques. Carlos is master of Welding and structural techniques.
  
  We are currently building an eco-lodge on our land, which will allow us to welcome more guests and share the beauty of our region with people from all over the world. Part of our property is a natural reserve surrounded by waterfalls, breathtaking scenery, and wildlife.
  
  We also have a campsite that is already open to the public, offering a variety of activities, including yoga, self-defense, kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ), rappelling, and much more.
  
  Our family also includes 11 dogs and 2 cats.
  
  Although the four of us aren’t always here at the same time, we take turns helping out depending on our work commitments and other responsibilities.
  
  As a group with different skills, experiences, and interests, during your stay, you’ll have opportunities to learn about nature and wildlife, animal care, gardening, and how to cook local food. You can also get involved in physical activities and tourism, practice your Spanish, learn about cooking, and share with our l community by spending time with our neighbors and friends.
  
  Hola a todos! Somos Luis Alberto y Diana, viviendo en la cordillera de los Andes, este es nuestro hogar, Luis Alberto es biólogo e ingeniero civil con amplia experiencia en construcción, soldadura y trabajo con diferentes materiales y herramientas, Diana es entrenadora personal, Pilates y Tai Chi. Inés, Carlos y Carlos vienen a ayudarnos, Inés es administradora, Ella es una excelente cocinera y jardinera y conocedora de la zona.
  Carlos es Chef, experto en self-defense, artes marciales y técnicas de supervivencia, Carlos es maestro soldador
  
  Actualmente estamos en proceso de construccion de un hotel ecológico en nuestra tierra que nos permitirá dar la bienvenida a mas huéspedes y mostrarles la belleza de nuestra región. Parte de la tierra es una reserva natural rodeada de cascadas, hermosos paisajes y animales.
  
  También estamos ya operando una zona de camping con diferentes actividades abiertas al público como Yoga, defensa personal, kick boxing, Bjj, Rapel, entre otras.
  
  11 perros y 2 gatos hacen parte de nuestra familia.
  Aunque no siempre estamos los 4 al mismo tiempo, nos turnamos dependiendo de nuestras obligaciones de trabajo.
  
  Al ser un grupo tan diverso, con nosotros puedes encontrar multiples espacios en los que aprender sobre naturaleza y vida animal, cuidado animal, construccion, manejo de herramientas, actividad física y turística, podrás practicar español, cocina y compartir con vecinos y amigos.

  We enjoy board games, sharing experiences, and sharing knowledge. Not everyone in the house speaks English, so we listen to Spanish most of the time. We also enjoy physical activity, hiking in the mountains, going to the waterfall, and working out. We have various resources for practicing. We do our shopping for the house in two nearby towns, so you can join us and interact with local people. You can also spend time with the various workers who work with us and develop your listening skills.

  Nos gustan los juegos de mesa, compartir experiencias y conocimientos, no todos en la casa hablan ingles, por lo escuchar español la mayoria del tiempo, nos gusta tambien hacer actvidades fisicas, caminar en la montaña, ir a la cascada y entrenar, tenemos difertes elementos para la practica.
  hacemos las compras para la casa en dos pueblos cercanos, por lo que puedes acompañarnos e interactuar con gente de la region, tambien podras compartir con los diferentes trabajadores que nos acompañan y desarrollar tu escucha.

  Help

  We have several projects and activities going on at the same time, and there are many ways you can help and get involved.
  
  The main tasks include keeping the house clean and tidy, working in the garden, and taking care of our animals. This involves planting and harvesting fruits and vegetables, feeding the animals, and helping to prepare meals. These are part of our daily routine, and we generally do them together as a team.
  
  We also have ongoing construction projects, where we work alongside local builders. If you are interested in learning about construction or gaining practical experience, we would love for you to join us!
  
  If you have experience in any of the classes or activities we offer and would like to share your knowledge or help us out, you are more than welcome!
  
  Not everyone in the house speaks English, so you will hear Spanish most of the time. It is an excellent opportunity to learn and practice your Spanish.
  
  We stay very active throughout the day—we take the dogs for walks in the mountains several times—and on weekends, you can also participate in the various activities we offer.

  Tenemos varios proyectos y actividades al mismo tiempo, hay muchas formas en las que puedes ayudarnos y participar
  
  Las principales tareas incluyen mantener la casa limpia y ordenada, trabajar en el jardín y cuidar de nuestros animales. Esto implica sembrar y cosechar frutas y verduras, alimentar a los animales y ayudar a preparar las comidas. Son parte de nuestra rutina diaria y, por lo general, las hacemos juntos como equipo.
  
  También tenemos proyectos de construcción en curso, en los que trabajamos junto a constructores locales. Si te interesa aprender sobre construcción o adquirir experiencia práctica, ¡será un gusto que te unas a nosotros!

  No todos en la casa hablan inglés, así que escucharás español la mayor parte del tiempo. Es una excelente oportunidad para aprender y practicar español.
  
  Estamos muy activos durante el día, paseamos varias veces a los perros en la montaña y también en los fines de semana puedes participar de las actividades que ofrecemos.
