  Description

  Hi everyone! We are Alberto and Carolina, living in the Andes Mountains, this is our home, Alberto is a civil engineer with extensive experience in construction, welding, and working with different materials and tools, Carolina is a personal trainer, Pilates and Tai Chi . Sometimes Inés and Juan come to help us. Juan is an artist who masters various painting and nature drawing techniques.
  
  Inés is a manager and Carolina's mother. She is an excellent cook and gardener. She knows about plants and their medicinal uses. Currently We are building an eco lodge in our land that will allow us to welcome guests and show them the beauty of our region. Part of the land is natural reserve surrounded by waterfalls, beautiful landscapes and animals.
  
  We are expanding our house to make it larger and more welcoming. We have 6 dogs and 2 cats. Although we are not always the 4 of us at the same time, we take turns depending on our work obligations.
  
  Being such a diverse group, with us, you can find a variety of opportunities to learn about nature and wildlife, animal care, construction, tool use, physical activity, and tourism. You can also practice Spanish, cook, and spend time with neighbors and friends
  
  ¡Hola a todos! Somos Alberto y Carolina, viviendo en la cordillera de los Andes, este es nuestro hogar, Alberto es un ingeniero civil con amplia experiencia en construcción, soldadura y trabajo con diferentes materiales y herramientas, Carolina es entrenadora personal, Pilates y Tai Chi. A veces Inés y Juan vienen a ayudarnos, Juan es un artista que domina varias técnicas de pintura y dibujo natural.
  Inés es gerente y la madre de Carolina. Ella es una excelente cocinera y jardinera. Ella conoce las plantas y sus usos medicinales.
  Actualmente estamos construyendo un hotel ecológico en nuestra tierra que nos permitirá dar la bienvenida a mas huéspedes y mostrarles la belleza de nuestra región. Parte de la tierra es una reserva natural rodeada de cascadas, hermosos paisajes y animales.
  
  Estamos ampliando nuestra casa para hacerla más grande y más acogedora. Tenemos 6 perros y 2 gatos. Aunque no siempre somos los 4 al mismo tiempo, nos turnamos dependiendo de nuestras obligaciones de trabajo.
  
  Al ser un grupo tan diverso, con nosotros puedes encontrar multiples espacios en lo que podras aprender sobre naturaleza y vida animal, cuidado animal, construccion, manejo de herramientas, actvidad fisica y turistica, podras practicar español, cocina y compartir con vecinos y amigos

  We enjoy board games, sharing experiences, and sharing knowledge. Not everyone in the house speaks English, so we listen to Spanish most of the time. We also enjoy physical activity, hiking in the mountains, going to the waterfall, and working out. We have various resources for practicing. We do our shopping for the house in two nearby towns, so you can join us and interact with local people. You can also spend time with the various workers who work with us and develop your listening skills.

  Nos gustan los juegos de mesa, compartir experiencias y conocimientos, no todos en la casa hablan ingles, por lo escuchar español la mayoria del tiempo, nos gusta tambien hacer actvidades fisicas, caminar en la montaña, ir a la cascada y entrenar, tenemos difertes elementos para la practica.
  hacemos las compras para la casa en dos pueblos cercanos, por lo que puedes acompañarnos e interactuar con gente de la region, tambien podras compartir con los diferentes trabajadores que nos acompañan y desarrollar tu escucha.

  Help

  We need different types of help, given that we have many activities going on at the same time.
  House cleaning, gardening, and caring for the animals are the main tasks. These include gardening, harvesting fruits and vegetables, feeding the animals, and preparing food. These are tasks we do together with the people in the house.
  At the same time, we have construction activities, which involve local workers, but you can participate if you want to learn about construction with wood, cement, and other materials, painting and murals, and landscaping.
  
  We like board games, sharing experiences and knowledge. Not everyone in the house speaks English, so we hear Spanish most of the time. We also like to do physical activities, walking, and exercising.

  Necesitamos diferentes tipo de ayuda, dado que tenemos muchas actividades desarrollandose al tiempo.
  la limpieza de la casa, el jardin y el cuidado de los animales, es la principal tarea, de estas se derivan, la jardineria, recoleccion de frutas y vegetales y la alimentacion de los animales y la preparacion de los alimentos, son tareas que realizamos en conjunto con las personas que estamos en la casa.
  al mismo tiempo, tenemos actividades de construccion, en las que hay trabajadores locales, pero en las que puedes participar si quieres aprender sobre construcccion con madera, cemento y demas, pintura y murales, tambien paisajimo.
