A Quinta - a women-led NGO passionate about connecting people with nature, animals, and each other - is looking for amazing volunteer to help run our outdoor adventure, music, and creative summer camps!
📅 WHEN: April - October 2025 Multiple positions available throughout 2025 summer season Join us for 3-7 months!

We are a multi-cultural and lingual group. Travellers would get the chance to learn about Portuguese culture "At A Quinta, you'll be immersed in a vibrant international community while experiencing authentic Portuguese coastal life.

You'll be part of a diverse team from around the world, sharing skills, stories, and daily life together. Located between historic Nazaré and São Martinho do Porto, you'll experience local festivals, traditional cuisine, and Portuguese community life.

""We need help running our summer camps focused on outdoor adventure, music, and creative activities. Workawayers will support daily camp operations, lead activities, help with animal care, and basic permaculture tasks. 25-30 hours per week, minimum 1-month stay. Must have valid First Aid/CPR, camp experience, fluent English, and swimming ability. We provide accommodation, meals, and a great international community by the beach!"
