  • Description

    Description

We are a young family- Lior (35), Mai (26) and Alma (3), living in the beautiful village of São Miguel de Acha, Castelo Branco, Central Portugal.

Our dream is to live a simpler life, in touch with nature ,completely self-sufficient in an ecological way.

We are currently transforming our 37 hectares of degraded annual crop fields into a thriving permaculture farm.

Our goal is to reforest as a food forest-helping the planet while creating our own garden of eden.

There are many ways you can fit in. From simple everyday tasks to taking on your own project. There are trees to plant, olives to harvest, houses to renovate, wood chips to make, veggie-patch to nourish and much more.

Any ideas or skills you have are welcome.

Come to learn and teach about permaculture.

Don’t hesitate to contact us for any further questions, we’d love to hear from you!

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

If you’re new to permaculture come and discover this beautiful method that can be applied to any area of our lives. And if you are already a permaculturist, we’d love to exchange ideas and work together on the design.

Part of being self sufficient is to Do It Yourself, and we’re happy to share our knowledge- from building and welding to irrigation, gardening, foresting, plumbing, electricity, and more.
