  Description

  We are trying to make our house a home. It’s currently a 5 bedroom house with the potential for 10 bedrooms. With many rooms and a walled garden there is space for peace. We have many projects on the go around home and are a warm family of four.
  
  Our house is south of Poitiers.
  
  Day trips here and there happen, and our home is in a town with a train station, theatre and cinema. There are country walks, various pubs and shops, river walks and even a local gym. Help around the house with a mix of things would be amazing: housework, repairs, house organisation, simple cleaning, gardening and children!
  
  Mostly we are happy to host for 1-3 weeks, unless we agree sometime more longer term, which is certainly possible.

  We have a spacious double room with two windows, and access to 2-3 bathrooms. We have a kitchen, 2 lounges, and a dining room. We have a large garden and many other rooms.
  
  Home cooked meals and a stocked fridge are provided. Can cater for vegetarians and vegans.

  We have a few work friendly rooms - dining room with a big farmhouse style table, large office room (shared with me), two lounges, a kitchen and a fitness room that will have a desk. Your bedroom will also be spacious and have a desk in there for work as you like.

  Space for parking camper vans

  Our gate can't allow access for super wide caravans or chunky RVs but a VW campervan or converted Van would get in easy. The garden is very large and we have lots of space on the lawn to park. No electrical hook-up set up yet though... It's on the to do list.

  Can possibly accept pets

  We are happy to discuss having workawayers with pets. As we have two young children, we have to make sure that any pets that visit are suitable or can be cared for in a safe way with a toddler and 5 year old mostly free range in the house.
