  Description

  I am constantly reminded of how grateful I am to live in the central coast. Beautiful beaches, national parks and a local town vibes whilst only a 1h train trip into the big city of Sydney. With my property backing onto the national parks we are often visited by the native wildlife with many birds joining us for our morning coffee, the possum in the trees and wallabies in the yard at night. Being such a large property there is often too much for us to handle on our own and the helping hands of others is greatly appreciated.

  Being in the central coast exposes visitors to the beautiful nature Australia has to offer, some of the best beaches on the east coast. The famous Sydney harbor is only a 1h train trip away where you can see all the iconic sites for the day and retreat back to the more quite coast life immersed in national parks. I am very knowledge able about Australian wildlife having done years of native animal rescue and care, happy to share that knowledge and help you explore what this local area has to offer.

  Help

  Ideally we are looking for people who are proactive and able to do tasks independently. Seeking fit individuals who are capable with their hands for various property and house maintenance and handy tasks, such as minor repairs and painting. In particular maintaining the gardens, weeding, lawn mowing and minor landscaping. General house maintenance and up-keep & cleaning. between tasks I will be spending my time assisting and guiding on tasks around the property so there will be time we will do tasks together and other times independently. Food arrangements can be worked out on an individual case, as the cabin is self sufficient individuals could cater for themselves if they wish and do just 15hrs/ wk or we could provide some meals in exchange for more help, depending on personal preference, this can be discussed and organised at time of consultation.

  Accommodation

  You'll have the opportunity to stay in a private 1 bedroom cabin on the property allowing you to have your own space and access to the main house. Depending on individual arrangement and circumstances meals can be determined on an individual basis.

  What else ...

  There is a bus station a couple hundred meters down the road which can provide access to main surrounding suburbs and towns. The nearest train station is a 10 min drive or 35min bus. Happy to help with transport arrangements as needed as we are driving around regularly. We are very friendly and accommodating and will support your time here, we simply ask for the same respect in return during your stay.
