  Hi!
  
  We are Alexia and Laurent, a Belgian family living in the Algarve with our two sons, a dog, and a few horses. During the high season we run the guest house, and over the years we’ve built a place that we truly love sharing with others.
  
  Our 250-year-old estate spans 27,000 m² inside the UNESCO-protected Ria Formosa Natural Park, surrounded by fragrant gardens, fruit trees, vegetable plots, aromatic herbs and wildlife. We have seven unique holiday houses, each with its own entrance, private patio or roof terrace, fully equipped kitchenette, air-conditioning, free WiFi, smart TV, Bluetooth sound system, books, games – and even complimentary tea and coffee.
  
  The property also features two fenced swimming pools, a natural swimming lake with a mini-beach, a half-court for basketball/football, play structures, and an indoor play area, making it ideal for family stays.
  
  Today, we are looking for a full-time, on-site manager to join us. We offer a compensation package together with a house on the property. We are looking for a young, dynamic and multifunctional person who enjoys being hands-on, loves animals, and is happy to help with a variety of tasks — from guest relations to light maintenance, gardening, and general support around the estate.
  
  The role would ideally start from September.
